Do you have what it takes to work at Enrollment Resources?

We are looking for GREAT people, like you!

Enrollment Resources is a leading innovator in the For-Profit Career Education Sector dedicated to helping institutions prosper. We service private, for-profit, Career Colleges throughout North America in a field called Enrollment Management. Clients include technical colleges, business schools, cosmetology schools, massage schools and Allied Health schools – the kinds of organizations that help people get fast and effective career training to get a career foothold.

We’re a small team (currently about 20 and growing) working to help career schools increase student enrollment through empowerment and access to best practices in marketing and admissions. We provide outsource management, consulting services, and SaaS tools that help schools optimize their conversion rates (CRO) as efficiently as possible.

Enrollment Resources was founded in 2003, in part as a response to the impractical and widespread waste of the advertising industry. Our focus on “truth seeking” in marketing, to find the most effective avenues of improving enrollment management performance for our education clients. 15 years later, the pursuit of the truth is still the guiding principle at Enrollment Resources.

Our Guiding Value – “Pursue the Truth”

Our core mission in business is to find the most profitable, ethical, and effective avenues of improving enrollment management performance. We test everything we can, and are constantly challenging the status quo to find best practices that can guide us and our clients to success.

Our mission isn’t just something pretty we write on our website. We have been recognized with the B Corp Best For The World: Governance Award two years running for our commitment to building our business mission and values into our bylaws and operating agreement, and for being leaders in accountability and transparency.

Our mission has provided comfort in the face of daunting business decisions and unpleasant choices and helped us correct course when we found ourselves in the weeds. It’s also key to maintaining our culture of innovation, which, among other things, enables us to attract and retain such a talented team.
