Pathway Descriptions
- Start of School Pathway – This survey pathway is designed to be completed by students in their second week of training and serves a dual purpose: evaluate your admission/registration process from your students’ perspective and identify potential challenges or obstacles that could prevent a student’s success. This pathway allows faculty and staff to intervene early to decrease “false start” enrollment and uplift vulnerable students.
- Student Satisfaction Pathway – This pathway can be sent to students throughout their program to evaluate instructors, course material, facilities and overall experience for quality assurance and to identify potential areas for continued improvement.
- Graduate Employment Pathway – This pathway provides a simple way to keep in touch with graduates and easily gather important information to stay on top of employment reporting. Maintain up-to-date information on your graduates’ employment situation and foster your referral network.
- Employer Satisfaction Pathway – This survey pathway is designed to be sent to current and potential employers and provides a low-effort way to nurture valuable employer relationships. Build your employer relationships and easily identify employers interested in things like career fairs, tuition reimbursement plans, campus visits, interview sessions and other potential partner opportunities.
- Course & Instructor Evaluation – This is a retention survey for schools to implement for each module for students to evaluate the instructor, the course, and the facility for use in improving the training process.
- Midterm Review Assessment – This is a retention survey for schools to implement at the students half way point to evaluate the training, admissions, financial aid and other areas to improve the student experience and to determine if there are any potential retention issues that need to be addressed.
- Employer Partnership Questionnaire – This pathway will allow potential partners and employers to connect with the college. It can increase numbers of employers for placement and also determine if partners and employers are interested in career fairs, tuition reimbursement plans, on site visits, interview sessions and other potential partner opportunities.
- Core Values Discovery Assessment (Staff) – This pathway is designed as a working document for staff to complete to assist marketing and admissions in the determination of a school’s core values and features that sets a school apart. Data from this survey will be used to create/improve marketing direction and message as well as help in SWOT analysis and FABF Sheet development.
- High School Counselors Survey – This pathway/survey is to be delivered to high school and career center guidance and instructors to get their opinion on how they view a school. This info from key stakeholders will be used in developing marketing direction and admissions training.

- Refer-ability Survey (Exit Survey) – This survey will be given to all graduating students to get their opinion on how they view their school. This info from key stakeholders will be used in developing marketing direction and can also be used in retention to uncover areas in which improvement is needed.
- Employers and Partners Survey – This pathway/survey is to be delivered to employers, partners and vendors of a school to get their opinion on how they view a school. This info from key stakeholders will be used in developing marketing direction and admissions
- Perfect Grad Assessment – This is a survey for graduates to gain insight on their primary traits and background. The data generate from this ongoing survey will help marketing and admissions determine direction and assists in training on what traits in which programs will lead to the most successful opportunities for completion.
- Alumni Referral Quiz – This is an email survey for graduates to gain insight on Alumni satisfaction, testimonial opportunities and to generate referral opportunities.
- Mystery Shop Assessment – This is an emailed link to a survey of students who have had contact with the school to determine the level of service they received as well as whether admissions and other staff followed scripts and processes in place. Results will be used to improve process and drive training to increase CRO.
- Entrance Test Assessment – This assessment can simplify the implementation of an admissions test. It reduces the need for paper and grading practices and can expand the areas in which testing can be used.
- HS Presentation Follow-Up Survey – This is a survey of high school students and instructors who have seen a high school presentation. This will evaluate the representative’s presentation skills, content, professionalism and the overall view of the school. Results will be used to improve process and drive training to increase presentation effectiveness. It can also have a lead generation piece for students.
- Student Success Survey – This survey is for graduates to get a sense of their experience at the school, but to mainly determine where they are now and to help in the creation of testimonials and success stories.
- Career Fair Registration – This pathway will allow potential partners and employers to register for Career Fair opportunities and to what extent.
- Graduation Packaging Survey – This pathway serves as an exit interview for graduating students. It can work as a perfect grad checklist, a referability survey, a final interview, and to prepare the student for the final graduation process including placement/employment information, opportunities for continuing education, new addresses and graduation ceremony details.
- Institutional Satisfaction Assessment – This assessment pathway provides feedback from students on how they view the school and its resources. From training, resources and student services to counseling, extracurricular actives, and all departments, this is gives a detailed view of how the school is viewed by students and what they view as the most important factors in their educational process.
- PAC Meeting Survey – This assessment pathway provides feedback from employers and partners who participate in the PAC meetings. It compiles the results by program area for curriculum, facilities, student experience, resources and training aids.
- Career Development Checklist – This pathway is for students to enter information for the Career Services/Employment department to help gather details for each student to help with part time employment while in school and can also be used for demographic information on students.
- Employer Satisfaction Pathway – This survey is used to determine needs and satisfaction from current employers. It can evaluate the quality of training and student preparedness and also determine employer satisfaction levels and what they are looking for in students.
- Career Fair Pathway – This survey is used to determine the satisfaction level of career fairs. It can be used to evaluate the quality of the career fair, provide feedback and also determine employer satisfaction levels and what improvements can be made for future career fairs.
